 3K workshop was held in Titanium Sirim Berhad, Shah Alam, Selangor on 30 October 2009. The workshop which started at 9.30 am and ended at 12.30 noon was attended by 77 women and workers.
Among the main problem addressed by the participants was the quality of the goods sold in Tesco and the construction of the houses that been neglected and problem with the water bill where the management refuse to cooperate. The recommendations given for the first problem is to make price comparison and differentiate the quality of the goods in few hypermarkets before purchasing so that the goods is safe to be used and consumer right to safety, informed and choose were been emphasized. While for the 2nd and 3rd problem, complaint need to be failed to Ministry of Housing and to National Consumer Complaint Centre (NCCC) in order to solve the problems.
