3K workshop was held in HQ Gerakan Penang on 21 November 2009. The workshop which started at 3 pm and ended at 6 pm was attended by 58 women, youth, workers and community.

Among the issues that been addressed by the participants was the increasing crime rate in their housing area have disturbed their harmonic living. The recommendations given to them was as a responsible citizen, they should be consent on things that happening around their neighbourhood through the implementation of “1 Malaysia” concept and should built “Rukun Tetangga”in their living surrounding to prevent this matter.
