Problems:
1.Opine that branded products is good to be used while cheap products are not valuable – media influences.
2.No exposure to consumer issues.
3. Receipt are not given priority.
4.Retailer taking advantage by charging more through the selling of prepaid card.
5.Do not have saving accounts.

Suggestion from 3K Team :
1.The usage of branded products or cheap products has same function. More over, low cost products able to reduce the cost of buying.

2.Activate the club/consumer association where the students can directly involve in consumerism activity. For instance, ‘The Right to Environmental Health’ is global issue and its everybody’s responsibility to prevent this issue in a best way.

3.Check the receipt so that all the purchases have been recorded correctly.By this act, the consumer able to know their expenses for specific goods.

4.Make a complaint to National Consumer Complaint Centre (NCCC) and admonish the retailer to respect consumer rights.

5.The unstable economy situation illustrate the unpromising future. Thus, parents should guide their childrens in managing the money/ finance especially by possessing a saving account for future ‘A penny saved is a penny earned’.
