3K workshop was held in Kampung Arab, Port Dickson on 20 February 2010. The workshop which started at 3 and ended at 6 pm was attended by 67 multiracial people consist of housewives, private and government employees and those who doing own business.

Problems
1. Depend to recognised brand goods and refuse to change to another brand although the price is low.
2. By making complaint, its not giving any positive impact upon rising price issues. For instance, the retailer sold the goods with huge price differences.
3. Request FOMCA in order to play the role to explain the price increased issue which is not stable to the government.

Suggestion from 3K Team :
1. Switch to generic products that can reduce the cost and only a small number of people informed that they will try other brand or generic products.

2. Dodge from consuming the goods from the shop with high prices. The participants expecting the legal system to fully function in taking the step than they take the action.

3. The speaker illustrate That FOMCA has its limited function. FOMCA play its role through policy and research together with 3K campaign which focus in giving information to the consumer to be more productive and use the power as mindful consumer.
