3K workshop was held in Pusat Aktiviti Perpaduan Rukun Tetangga, Pekan Ulu Beranang, Negeri Sembilan on 21 February 2010. The workshop which started at 8.30 am and ended at 12.30 pm was attended by 45 people comprising of housewives, businessman, retired government and private servant.

1. Disruption of water supply – 20 times in a month.

2. Rubbish collection that do not follow the schedule has caused the surroundings filled with rubbish.

3. Pulblic transport which is not efficient.

4. Scams through direct selling.

1. Make a written complaint to State Department of Water Supply.

2. Contact Negeri Sembilan Municipal Council in order to collect the rubbish based on the schedule. The community in Ulu Beranang work together in cleaning up the area once a week by accumulate the rubbish in one area to avoid the surroundings filled with rubbish and evade the unpleasant smell.

3. Advise the society to be vigilance and not easily being cheated by the direct selling from house to house. At the same time, lodge a written complaint to National Consumer Complaint Centre (NCCC).
