Problems: 1. Subscription of short message service that cannot be cancelled. It been required by the school authority to inform about the activity that will be held in schools. 2. Involve in ‘scams’ base on trust towards friends and the information that been delivered through e-mail.
1. Raise the subscription of short message service in Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) to stop it and declare about the activities in schools by correspondence or mailing. 2. The consumer should always aware against scams that is getting more and more by investigate whether the information that been delivered is true or on the contrary although it been introduced by the friends. Furthermore, the community that been involved in scams, can make a report to National Consumer Complaint Centre (NCCC).

3K workshop was held in Fertilizer Gurun, Kedah Hall on 22 February 2010. The workshop which started at 11.30 and ended at 1 pm was attended by 75 people consist of workers and Petronas administrators.
