Federation of Malaysian Consumer Association (FOMCA) has conducted “Training of the Trainers” in conjunction with National Consumer Campaign (3K) on 1st February 2010 at Institute of Marketing Malaysia (IMM), Petaling Jaya. The objective of this program is to train and prepare the trainers for 3K workshop throughout the year in its effort to create awareness and educate the consumers to live stable lifestyle and handle any situation in positive manner.

National Consumer Campaign strategy consists of 4 module which is:
•    Rights and Roles  as Consumer
•    Mindful Consumption
•    Financial Management
•    Complaint Handling

This campaign is targeting the community, education institutions and schools.
